How to purchase
In person from ticket office
ALL tickets must be collected in person, along with either a driving licence or passport with matching address for that Clarets Number, which must be shown before any tickets will be released. All tickets will be accompanied by an authorisation voucher. When attending the match at Pittodrie, you must ensure you have your ticket, authorisation voucher and photo ID in your possession, as random spot checks will be made by stewards and Police.
To avoid lengthy queues, we strongly advise supporters to purchase their tickets online at www.claretsstore.com.
All relevant details required to meet the UEFA regulations can be provided at this point, and confirmation of your purchase will be sent to your registered email address.
Collection of your ticket ahead of matchday must be made in person at the Ticket Office (or in Aberdeen, see below), along with driving licence or passport.
For avoidance of doubt, if you purchase tickets for ‘friends & family’, you must have their original valid driving licence or passport to collect tickets.
Any tickets not collected at Turf Moor in advance will be available for collection from a venue in Aberdeen on the day of the match, which will be announced in due course.
Ticket Office Ordering
Tickets can also be purchased at the Ticket Office in advance of the game, as per normal away matches. However, wherever possible we strongly advise supporters to use the online system.
Supporters purchasing tickets at the ticket office are warned that due to UEFA regulations a larger amount of personal information is required, and seat allocations need to be manually processed at the point of sale, which will result in a longer purchasing process.
If you purchase your ticket in person, with photo ID, you will be able to take your ticket at the point of sale.
Please note: You will also be required to bring photo ID for every Clarets Number you are collecting a ticket for. Additional tickets purchased for friends and family will not be available to collect without either a driving licence or passport (photocopies or print-outs WILL NOT be accepted)
Disabled and accessibility
Those fans registered with the club as disabled or on the accessibility register can call 01282 446800 option 2 to enquire about the accessibility allocation at the Pittodrie Stadium for the match
UEFA regulations strictly demand that the ticket holder must be the one that enters the stadium and takes their seat. Any supporters found to be trying to enter the Pittodrie Stadium with a ticket not registered to them will have it taken away, will not be allowed into the stadium, will not be refunded, and will be at risk of a stadium ban at Turf Moor. The same repercussion will also apply to the original ticket purchaser
What photo ID can I use?
The club will accept a passport or drivers license as proof of identity. These must be originals. Photocopies WILL NOT be accepted, nor will ID badges, print-outs, photos taken on mobile phones etc.
How do I check how many points I have?

What happens if I lose my ticket?
Once you have your ticket in your possesion it is your responsibility. Reprints will not be available for this game
