1617 burnley robbie brady 01 1000x500Sean Dyche has confirmed today that both Robbie Brady and Jόhann Berg Guðmundsson are fit and back in the squad to face Spurs on Saturday although there isn’t the same good news about Belgian midfielder Steven Defour.

The two wide men were both used as substitutes in the last home game three weeks ago against Southampton and were thought to be available for the game at Brighton last time out although neither made the bench.

Dyche has said both are now available but he also added that Defour will again miss out. He returned to the team at Burton in the League Cup before making a first league appearance of the season at Manchester City, some nine months after he’d dropped out of the side through injury. He made six successive appearances but hasn’t featured in the league team since coming off injured at Crystal Palace although did make appearances in the FA Cup.
