Charles Dickens to host the Melbourne Clarets again
The Melbourne Clarets held their best get together yet to watch the Clarets beat Blackburn earlier this month, and are now kicking off April with two more nights out at the Charles Dickens Tavern for our next two televised games.
The changing clock times are a slight improvement for our supporters in Victoria. It was a late, late night for the Blackburn game which kicked off at 11:30 p.m. there, but with our clocks going forward one hour the Brighton game will kick off at 10:30 p.m. for them and, with their clocks then going back on the following day, it will be an even more civilised 9:30 p.m. kick off for the home game against Leeds a week later.
The Charles Dickens Tavern is situated on Collins Street in Melbourne and, as always, any Clarets in the city or the area are more than welcome to join the ever growing numbers in the Melbourne Clarets. The dates are 2nd April for the Brighton game and 9th April for the Leeds game.
