Burnley’s last group game in the Premier League Cup against Sunderland has been moved from Turf Moor and will now be played at Stockport County’s Edgeley Park.

Because of the well documented problems with the Turf Moor pitch, it will now be given a six week break from games with the Spurs home fixture not due for another five weeks on Saturday 1st April.

The game will remain at 1 p.m. this Monday, 27th February, and admission is £4 adults and £2 concessions although Burnley season ticket holders will be admitted free of charge.

Even a win would no longer keep us in the competition and we currently sit bottom of the table with just four points from five games.
