north ferriby 1000x500Burnley’s under-23 team have drawn 0-0 tonight against Hull City at Grange Road, home of North Ferriby United.

It’s a first away point at the fourth attempt by the Clarets’ second string, having previously been beaten at Crystal Palace, Bristol City and Watford. The point can be  added to the three we won at home against Ipswich.

We are next in action against Newcastle this Friday in the Premier League Cup with the next league game scheduled for two weeks tonight when we play Leeds at home, the game currently scheduled to be played at Curzon Ashton.

The teams were;

Hull: Callum Burton, James Yates, Brandon Fleming, Robbie McKenzie, Josh Clackstone, Adam Curry (Tom Dyson ht), Tyler Hamilton, Daniel Batty, Greg Luer, Greg Olley, Ben Hinchcliffe (Liam Edwards 73). Subs: Charlie Andrew, Ellis Barkworth, Tom Powell.

Burnley: Anders Lindegaard, Arlen Birch, Harry Flowers, Oliver Younger, Ali Koiki, Olatunde Bayode (Khius Metz 58), Mark Howarth (Jamie Thomas 76), Fredrik Ulvestad, Dwight McNeil (Rahis Nabi 76), Nashé Chakwana, Harry Limb. Subs not used: Aidan Stone, Christian N’Guessan.
