Hendrie extends Kilmarnock loan

Kilmarnock have today confirmed that Burnley defender Luke Hendrie will stay with them for the remainder of the season.

The 22-year-old has impressed in the Scottish Premiership and he’s already played 18 games for them since making his debut at Ross County in August but the loan deal was due to expire this month.

They have had a number of players on loan from English clubs who have been released today, but manager Lee Clark, formerly with Huddersfield, Birmingham and Blackpool, has agreed with Burnley that Hendrie should stay at Rugby Park until the end of the 2016/17 season.
