1516 burnley brad jackson 00 630-420Brad Jackson, who was on the first team bench for the recent FA Cup replay against Sunderland, was one of three players to go out on loan yesterday with his destination Bangor City.

Jackson has come through the youth team at Burnley and is now in his second year past his scholarship and last week was not the first time he’s been involved with the first team as a substitute.

Now he is going to get his first taste of first team football in the Welsh Premier League with Bangor City who are currently in fourth place in the table behind The New Saints, the clear leaders, Gap Connah’s Quay and Bala Town and he joins them at a time when their next two fixtures are against two of those teams above them. They travel to Bala Town this Saturday before hosting Gap Connagh’s Quay on Friday 10th February.
