Lowton and Mee are the doubts for Saturday
Having missed the last two games, Matt Lowton remains touch and go for Saturday while there is also a doubt about Ben Mee who has had stitches in a knock he received on the knee.
He will be assessed tomorrow although he’s expected to be fit. Ben has been an ever present this season, missing only the final four games of last season since he moved into the centre of defence at the end of 2016.
Sean Dyche confirmed that news in his press conference today and also said that Robbie Brady’s surgery had gone well. “Robbie had an operation on Wednesday,” he said. “The surgeon was very happy. Robbie is fine, he understands it and he’s been talked through the plan of attack from now until he is fit.
With no under-23 game this week, Dyche reported that both Dean Marney and Jon Walters had played in an in-house game.
