Re: 2 years without Dyche.
Is Branthwaite a dour old pro now at 21? Is McNeill a dour old pro at 24? Mykolenko at 24? Beto at 26? Garner at 23? Onana at 22? I mean, there’s loads you can dislike about Dyche’s approach….. but bringing the balance makes your points a bit more valid. How many of those did Dyche sign? I was talk...

Re: 2 years without Dyche.
Dyche’s side was steadily improving through potentially to 2020 but then it stalled due to lack of investment in the squad. We stopped picking up home wins and that was crucial to us. The game after we won at Liverpool we beat Aston Villa 3-2 at home. Since that game we’ve won just 8 out of 48 home...

Re: Chelsea v Everton
Talking to a few Everton fans, the football is rapidly getting worse there, and a little like Dyche at Burnley where the football side of things tailed off badly, it seems to be happening at a much faster rate at Goodison. Almost like when, in adversity, Dyche resorts to a few basics to keep things ...

You know things are not going well when Dyche goes for triple sub at HT. Worrying one for him this game as these are the type of teams he’d usually relish playing - obviously Palmer is on fire but there’s been a lot of naive performances from that Chelsea team this season and he’d be looking to mak...

It's been a good move for him, but let's not kid ourselves - he's currently a bit part player for BL.

Sums what up? Were you expecting a win against the best team in club football? Are you expecting Turf Moor to be on a par with the Etihad? I suspect the club first and foremost spotted the opportunity for resale on the player with an outside chance he might have more of a benefit for the first team.
