In the Oldham away match in 74 I was one of the twenty or so Clarets in their end, who started to sing Burnley chants. Their boys came charging down at us, we got stuck in and chased them off onto the pitch, then the Burnley fans came over the pitch. I also remember going to Workington away in a cup...

Plus, we started the season with Lennon as a guaranteed starter (a waste of space in my opinion) and if my memory serves me right, we also had Hendrick in his famous number 10 role for quite a few games.

Yes, I think it did. When we qualified for Europe I said we now needed at least 4 or 5 better quality players to meet the demands. We didn't sign them and we have suffered .

I remember going to see his first major film 'Saturday Night. Sunday Morning' at the Coliseum in Rosegrove in the early sixties. I thought it was a great film and admired him as an actor ever since. RIP Mr. Finney.

Our back four and keeper are good, as good as most in the PL, unfortunately we have a midfield, who struggle to pass to each other and we have no pace at all in the final third. Apart from that we're fine.
