Over here in Benalmadena nearly all the English bars put the bunting out to celebrate St. George’s day. Even the Spanish celebrate it... up in Mesquita Square in the Spanish area they put flags out etc and have music to celebrate. They obviously do the same for St. Patrick’s day etc.

Our older out of contract players will leave, our loan players will return home. If our summer signings are as bad as last year, God knows what kind of squad we end up with. We could be in trouble, if our signings are a similar standard to the ones brought in for this season.

Is it not the case that once the ref blew for the free kick that is it? You can not use VAR because VAR is only used for penalties, offsides leading to a goal red cards, and fouls taking place in the active lead up to a goal. I was also at that famous match played in the dark at Old Trafford: it was also the last cricket match I went on with my late dad. Proctor was a fabulous all rounder in an era of very, very good players all round the world. RIP to a fabulous cricketer and entertainer.
