Last year’s team, at full strength and playing well, would have beaten this average Bournemouth lot out of sight. It’s so sad to watch this current team being outclassed by average teams.

I was also at that famous match played in the dark at Old Trafford: it was also the last cricket match I went on with my late dad. Proctor was a fabulous all rounder in an era of very, very good players all round the world. RIP to a fabulous cricketer and entertainer.

Now that we have a left sided centre back in Esteve, I would love to see Beyer play alongside him in his accustomed position at right centre back. Why Beyer over O'Shea? The answer is simple for me....he's a better player.

I find using the word "gotten" to be rather embarrassing. Do you find the use of the word “forgotten “ and “ill-begotten “ embarrassing as well?
