There is no way the gate was only 15,000 that day,the long side and bee hole were nearly full + Bob Lord & cricket field were nearly full.Ground capacity was 42,000 then taking off 4,000 for away fans + the 500 too 800 Leyton orient brought.

Supporters clubs get around 50 tickets on average to away games,maybe more if requested on larger allocations say 3000-5000 away fans allowed,so with all supporters clubs combined I would say no more than 350 and these are mainly fans that go to most away games,can be less if away allocation is redu...

Was born in Blackburn,My dad was a blackburn fan but I was not really interested in football at a young age,It was only when we moved to Clitheroe and I started secondary school 1968 I became good friends with a lad from padiham went to my first Burnley game in 1969 and have been hooked ever since.

We only had 2,000 in the lower tier 2 years ago because of all the netting ( sides & front) top tier holds 3,000,That's your 5,000 + corporate.
