December 23 2020 Calder Vale Holdings Limited take out a £65m loan from MSD Holdings UK Ltd (Charges were filed against Calder Vale holdings and Kettering Capital Limited at Companies House), I believe the cash it provided was used to prove that ALK Capital LLC had funds for the takeover which they...

I'm sure they are in it to make money and that's a significant motivation. I'd hope that they are also bright enough to realise that the best way of making money is for the club to be successful. In terms of some of the smaller "co-owners" I suspect a reasonable chunk of motivation there is being p...

Obviously they’re not going to come out and say it. The standard on show in the Man City v Real Madrid game is immense. City being the most proactive but look very vulnerable at the back. Madrid have a very clever game plan and I can see them scoring again before the night is out.

As gutting as it is for us to hear we were close to getting him on loan for a season, just imagine how bad it is for City fans imagining Palmer / Foden being their future. Huge error from Pep. Foster did look knackered on Saturday, but he’s only just come back from another long lay off. As an example Koleosho’s diminishing effectiveness tended to coincide with the games be...

I read even Tarks said he annoys him in games   I can believe it. He’s hyperactive and talks a lot, but I wouldn’t say he’s particularly dislikable - at least not to me. Seems to come across like a decent bloke. There are many players in the Premier League who I’d rather see get a slap.

Confidence and nouse, probably. Fitness, no. Maybe, maybe not. Some of our players do noticeably look tired towards the end of games. I’m not sure I can see a team lacking fitness being in so many close games at this point of the season. Re: So do you drop Muric after two massive costly howlers?
I don't think I am. The quotes from both Mcguiness and Cathro both imply the use of studs as the first touch to give then a slight advantage in being able to play both ways. As soon as you take a touch with the sidefoot it attracts the press from one side, it's a trigger for the press and you then ...

I don't subscribe either but seem to be able to view the article for some reason. So you're just going to ignore expert professional opinion because it contradicts your own fairly archaic opinion? All very despondent and rightly so but it could have been so different if we had just one player who could score goals. We started the season , and continued through it, without a recognised goal scorer. I am unsure if its true that we chose not to play Luton in that first game but if so it was a m...

We do of course long for Heaton and Pope again, but they were incapable of playing the way we play (and City etc play). The fast distribution, the high defence and sweeper keeper. I’m not convinced having them in our goal this season would have saved us. I think it’s more than likely we’d have pick...

The further away he is from our goal, the more confident he looks, but for a defender, I'm not sure that is a great recommendation.

There's definitely hints of laziness across the team at times. I'm really surprised that some people can't see it. Yeah thats what he did mate. It's just the wrong thing to do and at the wrong time. Same as last week when there was 20 seconds left in the half. For the record, I said in the summer, prior to signing Trafford, that I would be surprised if Muric started in the prem for these reasons. However, I wel...
