The two things Barnes did for the goals today wouldn't have been fouls, though, even with VAR. Especially disappointed in Hall. He was a record holder at short course swimming back in the day. He knows how to be fit. He blew everyone away at the Tommy Centre when he swam there. And yet Thor turns up fitter than him.

As mentioned above, regular yoghurt will do the trick if it's good bacteria you're after. Don't bother with Yakult etc. However, it's MUCH more effective if it's FULL FAT yoghurt as the fat protects the bacteria against the hydrochloric acid in your stomach and allows the bacteria to get to your gut...

Hampton often trained at the Thompson Centre gym and once refused to get off the leg machine to allow others to use it so my dad threw him out. Think it was Brian Miller who rang and asked for him to be let back in.
