Ok. Give me some Keto ideas for breakfast and lunch that are easy to do and take to work. I'm struggling with ditching the bread and cereal as not sure on easy, filling options. I was thinking doing full fat yogurt with nuts for breakfast.

I've just realised it's a light syrup juice, this could influence the amount of juice left in the can rather than highly viscous juice that would stick more to the segs. I should have read the can label more closely.
