We need to build a team for the season after next and a team that'll be able to make some money from one or two good young players being sold. Muric Vitinho — Ekdal — Esteve — Taylor JBG — Cullen — Berge — Larsen Odobert — Foster Brighton carry a big threat down their left with their LB Estupinan who sees a lot of the ball and combines well with one of their wingers. The current system doesn't seem to help so if they use the money gained in the same way they do in the MLS then I can see it having a positive impact.
It would mean more money could go into the lower leagues and would bring something good from the ridiculous money rich owners put into teams.

I don't see why they can't involve players like they have driver stewards in F1. A lot of the time these stewards are ex C or B rated drivers with no real affiliation. As much as I disagree with Assignons two yellows and the penalty I do think it's to be expected in this league. He's just too naive. You just can't put give your opponent any reason to buy a foul and you certainly can't barge into someone that way the box because you know they'll make the most of it.

One thing we have generally improved is knowing a bit better when to kick it out of play rather than play a risky pass.
