Yep, agree that he looked the real deal before his layoff. Big, strong, agile and busy. What more could you want from a PL centre forward? Only seen his ability in fits and starts since his return…. Good player when he was here (and before). Rated him quite highly, not many others did, including the manager who had his favourites.

I’m sure there will be a few who are clinging on, but it really is far enough down the line for everyone to be realistic and accept it’s done.

We’ve been shocking for most of the season, the high points being we have very occasionally been slightly less shocking than usual. Thats relegation.

As a defender (of not a very high standard) myself, I always remember having it drummed into me, “if you need to pass it back to the keeper, don’t put it on target”.

I was one that wanted Muric back in ahead of Trafford. Hand up. I do think he suits our overall play better than Trafford and I think he's better at crosses and corners. Foster’s been poor since he came back. A lot of that can be put down to lack of fitness and being played out of position. The reason he doesn’t come in for as much stick as others is he always puts effort in. Unfortunately we have a bunch of others who don’t give it their all. He’s not one of them....
