Re: Leicester spoil our day even more.

And when we beat Spurs next week and Forest lose at home to Chelsea, we will only need to beat Forest in the final game. Then will the Premier League give Forest a point back to relegate us or will that happen before next weekend. My guess is that the Premier League will wait and see what the result...

I'm sure Wilder will 'encourage' his players to test the physical fitness of their opponents.
If they play it has to be a risk, and probably a greater risk, to start them on the bench.

I'm hoping that if he does risk one or more that it backfires, and if he doesn't, that Sheff U reap the benefit of 3 key players missing.

Will Nuno be tempted to play any injured regulars?

Neco Williams, Willy Boly and Murillo all went off injured against City. Neco Williams looked like a hamstring tweak or pull. Murillo looked like a twisted ankle or knee and Boly, I'm not sure. Will Nuno be tempted to start any of them or will he go for a fully fit starting 11 and bench? His decisio...

I personally felt that both Foster and Fofana ran hard and worked hard to pull Utd defenders out of position, but when they had chances their touch let them down. It happens, it's football. Luckily several United players had the same problem.

When we have played with just one up front, we haven't been getting enough bodies into the box often enough. I think he will. Don't think people put as much store into a few bad results when the overall trend is a positive one. First season in Europe and injuries to key players, are quite important mitigating, contributory factors, to a club with a relatively small squad.

Re: QPR v Leeds

If they don't win the play-offs, they will lose players, quality players may take a lot of persuading to go there and they will have to pay over the odds to land their targets. I think on reputation VK outpoints Farke and we could still avoid relegation, however unlikely that seems right now.

Said on the radio that he would go to Spurs as well, so don't worry about that.

A five year plan renews every 12 months, so don't worry about that either.

If and when, sorry when VK leaves, we well continue with the already established 5 Yr plan, ad infinitum.

It's all about opinions and respecting the opinion of others even if you disagree.

Outfield players mistakes tend to be ignored if we don't concede as a result.

Keepers are often marked down for misplaced passes. Rarely the case for outfield players.

As all keepers are possibly 1 game away from a serious error that will cost their teams big time, it pains me to see any of our goalkeepers hammered for errors and opinions like 'neither are PL quality'. In that case no goalkeeper is PL quality.

Assignon does have a similar instinct to find an opportunity in another area of the pitch which VK's system allows, so Assignon and Maatsen are both likely to make a goalscoring play or assist where an 'old fashioned' full back might not. Trent also has this instinct, but does it in a more advanced ...
