Good luck, hope it works. When I had plantar fasciitis it was really annoying and the device I suggested plus physio really worked. Even now if I've been for a long walk or been on my feet all day I still use my Revitive, just so relaxing.

Quite interesting, everything is always geared up to yhe big clubs. That said if you are a big city club with big gates and the turnover that brings including more TV money then you can see their side of it as well.

On the last discussion, when a footballer was accused, I said they shouldn't put themselves in a position where they can be accused and perhaps behave with a modicum of common sense, likewise women who hang around/ target clubs that footballers frequent or get chatted up by them shouldn't leave them...

I went to get the marmite to put on my toast but there was none left, I saved the day by putting jam on instead . I've put marmite on the shopping list but probably won't get some until Saturday. Aldi sell it as well now. I think we got the last jar from ASDA but it might have been Tesco.

Avoid buying a cheap one, I erected one a few months ago as a favour for a neighbour who'd bought it. Flimsy materials,bad finish light as a feather didn't even provide bolts to hold it together in the corners just some crap screws. Buy cheap buy twice.
