My granddaughters both started school again last week. The school had all the precautions, from parents/grandparents not gathering at gates, plenty of hand washing, social distancing, hand sanitizing, etc., etc.

They both have colds now - how does that work?

With Venables and Gerry Francis they were very good. Bowles and Thomas made them even better.

But they still weren't as good as us that season.

I had an old aunty who had a secret pouch sawn into her bra to keep money safe. She always used to refer to this as her 'Haggate pocket'. I was always told that No. 6 was from printers who had to set the different letters in blocks that were mirrored to produce the print for newspapers, etc. But p's and q's are already mirrored so are the basis for mistakes in the resulting print. Hence mind your p's and q's.

I vaguely remember the Preston match. I also went to Hull on the train and the ease of getting off the train and straight into the train, seemed to be on there for waiting for the game to start, may have been wrong.
