If we are playing 3 at the back we need a right wing back. Neither Bardsley nor Lowton can play that role. Lennon and Brady are both too lightweight and offer nothing defensively and JBG is injured. Again. The only variation we may see, if any, would be a 4-5-1 to try and bolster the midfield.

I joked before the game that we should play 5-0-5 and abandon pretence we have a midfield. We ended up with 4-1-5 with Brady JBG Wood Rodriguez and McNeill on the field and actually looked a threat.

I'd settle for a midfielder worthy of the name. You couldn't make a decent one out of Hendrick Cork and Westwood combined. Westwood carried the ball second half, United player gave him 5 yards and caught him within 2 touches. The pie seller in front of the Bob Lord wasn't far behind him.

Spurs had a corner on half time. 2 minutes added, clock shows 47m 06 s. Ref allows Spurs player to go over and take the corner and blows for half time once the ball is cleared. Inconsistent and favours a bigger club.

All down to bad driving. Too fast. Too close to the car in front. All cars have headlights. Cars in front have tail and brake lights. 2 second gap in the dry. 4 seconds in the wet. And you would have significantly fewer collisions.
