I grew up on Walton Lane so spent a lot of time at Marsden Park. If it wasn’t being at the pool during the summer it was taking the sledge up during the winter. Not really seen much of Brentford this season but early stages they seem to be a pass for the sake of passing team. Left to right, back again and repeat across their own penalty area followed by a long ball. Let's see how the game unfolds....

I think the idea is that they can get up to about 450/500 degrees C, which you'll not get anywhere near in your household oven. This apparently cooks it quicker and creates a better rise and crisp, like you get in a restaurant. The science behind is as you say. Domestic ovens reach 250 degrees max....

I think that is the lowest score I have ever had. That's the difference between shouting the answers in the car and being live on national radio.. Early 2000s Mrs Herts and I were in a pizza place in Soho. She said that bloke at the next table looks like Andy Bell from Erasure. I said so much like him that it actually is him. Not my taste in music really but they are very good.
