Home Bargains recently had a number of Sadlers ales for £1 per 500ml bottle. Just over a pound a pint. Hop bomb, Thin Ice, a new one on me that was Boris Citrov and if you like dark and strong, Mud City Stout. I have not had a bad ale from Sadlers.

SOS is a brilliant song. Was it Pete Townshend who described it as the perfect pop song? I can't think of many bands where all the members are still alive that would be as big a draw if they reformed. The Jam in the UK perhaps but globally I don't think anyone could rival ABBA.
