That, unfortunately, is true. The area around Burnley is a declining market. My parents were expirencing the same problems. My sister and I got them to massively reduce the price, it sold straight away. They bought a house down south. The houses that are in their old neighborhood are still for sale...

Great keeper. Magnificent after settling for us but I do remember him struggling to shift his goal kicks far enough. First saw him on The Turf 62/3 - one of a very few keepers to wear yellow ipv green.

An absolute hero for us when playing for England but, to be honest, a horrible, obnoxious little git when playing for United against us. The only man who could sort him out was Brian O'Neil, who was kept out of the England team by Stiles.

If there was a levy on all agents of Prem players - say 30% of their fees and this was channelled mostly to L1 and 2 clubs with some going to non-league then all.would be sound.
