I've done it a few times in the US, with an automatic car which means there's one less thing to think about. Although it gets easier I can never fully relax as I know if I do an absolute clanger is likely to follow, as someone mentioned old habits die hard.

Basically anything that triggers the reward/pleasure mechanism in your brain can become an addiction if you’re that way inclined, e.g drugs, alcohol, sugar, exercise and probably gaming as well. I bet it’s actually not too dissimilar to fruit machines in terms of the buzz people get.

Max are definitely the cheapest, it'll probably be around 30 quid. Although I've had the same issues as others with them being late and a couple of times the driver tried charging a higher price at the destination than was quoted on the phone, probably miscommunication but still not ideal.

I was taught by Blez for several years at Habergham, he was one of those teachers you just knew not to step out of line with and had complete control of the classroom. Nice fella though and I never had any problems with him but he gave out some real bollockings.
