I went to a few places in Burnley on Saturday, and all of them were enforcing the rules quite stringently. I left in the evening though so I'm not sure how much it deteriorated when the night time crowd came out.

The belly is probably an area where you're genetically predisposed to holding fat, it can vary from person to person, with some it's their thighs and others their lower back etc. You can't just lose fat from one specific area of the body though, you'll need to reduce your overall body fat percentage...

The best thing Aldi and Lidl did was their marketing and convincing the middle classes that it's a cool place to shop. I remember a couple of years ago they had an advert that was basically set in a village fete, it's not really that subtle but very effective.
