Gotta say the safe standing at Spurs was excellent . While that’s state of the art stadia it certainly “ works “ the only negative is that it’s actually so safe you’re a bit spread out capacity wise . Yeah, it’s a bit dull to be honest. Glucosamine, for me, was a gradual build thing. The first 6 months or so I was going to sack it.

I've now been taking it for 30 years and I believe it has saved me from a whole load of grief (including being able to make a living playing the guitar).
