Glucosamine, for me, was a gradual build thing. The first 6 months or so I was going to sack it.
I've now been taking it for 30 years and I believe it has saved me from a whole load of grief (including being able to make a living playing the guitar).

Model makers/wargamers should store their paints upside down so the pigment is at the top. This can then be thinned down with the appropriate thinning agent before application….
