Glucosamine, for me, was a gradual build thing. The first 6 months or so I was going to sack it.

I've now been taking it for 30 years and I believe it has saved me from a whole load of grief (including being able to make a living playing the guitar).

Model makers/wargamers should store their paints upside down so the pigment is at the top. This can then be thinned down with the appropriate thinning agent before application…. This making those little bottles last twice as long without compromising the paint quality. Have they stopped doing fluor...
