Re: Burnley v Sheffield predictions?

Put us down for a score draw in last two, and we've played well - hopefully few bodies back so I'm going for 2-0 Burnley.

Bench is a real concern if this is what we have for the remaining games. Realistically, no injuries/suspensions is the key tonight. Backs to the wall, unfancied....typical Burnley game ;)

Re: Big 24 hours...

We have the oldest squad in the Premier League this year. Bardsley has played well for us but we should not have been in the position that he became first choice right back, nor should we be offering him a long contract at 35. Right back is a position that has needed strengthening for the last few ...

Nobody knows - it's going to be a huge few weeks and months for the club. If the Corona pandemic continues into next season then it'll have a massive impact on the club's finances (and everyone else's). I think the club are quite rightly airing on the side of caution as it's all an unknown quantity....

Good luck to Aaron, seems a model professional and I hope he gets a season or two of regular football now. Not surprised at the news, and not reading too much into things - we must be confident in signing a replacement as we certainly cannot rely on the fitness of JBG next season. I'd like to see us...

I'm not sure many big money transfers will go ahead this summer/January window. I believe they'll be a bit of trading going on - swaps, or clubs taking over a player's contract etc.

Maybe Garlick and Mike Rigg think we should be looking to bring the age of the squad down a bit? Has to be a worry that Dyche could leave in a year or two and we'll be left with a group of players mainly aged 31-35, all on good money with little to no resale value. Which would result in a huge rebu...

Had the pleasure of meeting Robbie a few months ago at a local match against his side Bognor Regis. He had plenty of time to talk to my son and I about Burnley. Mentioned Super Glen as being one of the best he played with. A really nice genuine bloke - clearly still very fond of the Clarets. https:/...

My local club, Worthing, aren't happy. Were odds on for promotion to National South for first time in their history having spent a lot of money on facilities in recent years. Pulling in four figure crowds too so a real shame for them.

As Sky aren't offering any football, couldn't they show non league games? Obviously BT has the National League rights, but what about National North/South, or Bostik League? You could argue Spurs were there for the taking, but a point isn't to be sniffed at. VAR could have easily pulled up McNeil in the build up to our goal so I think a point is a fair result. Keeps the unbeaten run going so a thumbs up from me.

A really disappointing situation for us, I don't think you can blame the club/Dyche. Our only mistake was signing him before the Mee situation was resolved, but that's football and ...

Ridiculous signing if true. Played 3 games since 17/18. Agree. Probably putting two and two together. Just seems strange that Nixon has mentioned we're trying to do a swap with Watford.
