Re: Enjoyment

I love frustrating the big teams. They are all big teams compared to us. Even Fulham, West Brom and Brighton. If we seriously think we can out football teams on our budget then we are going to take a lot of shoeings from teams. I think people will still be moaning, either way. I'm happy being able t...

I thought he got most decisions right, tonight. There were a few dives that he correctly ignored. Thought he got the stamp correct (but this modern game would regularly see a red for it). No, from memory, as the ball broke down our right, I thought Tarks took a poor angle which is why he was inches off blocking the ball in. From memory, mind.

Said straight away that it wasn't a free kick.

Aside from that, Westwood has been an excellent signing for us. Takes excellent set-pieces, covers a lot of ground and his passing is very good.

I wasn't particularly impressed with Tarks' positioning leading to the goal.

I was whinging about a possible offside on the run up to the corner and a possible foul by Kane. Both probably clutching at straws.

A good header, to be fair.

So disappointing.

Burnley look lively. A couple of strange decisions by Gallagher, there....allowed the Baggy to get a run on us and then gave them a free kick when he got tangled up.

Brom have a few tidy footballers.

Show pony. Flatters to deceive. File with Jack Wilshere and, to a lesser extent, Tom Ince. Sort of signing that gets managers the sack.

Bizarrely, I still think he's a good signing for them! Go figure. Even I can't understand it.

Can do everything you'd want your central attacker to do. Maybe not the fastest but he's not the slowest either.
