An enjoyable game but wrong result from my point of view Padiham certainly had more than enough chances to win at least they still have the play offs in sight.Good luck to Colne in the final even if their fans were getting a bit too cocky tonight( only kidding)

I haven't renewed yet it's not that I don't want to but the seats I'm sat in are awful I can't make my mind up to chance it and really hope for a seat swop or just pick my games and knowing for certain I get better seats than the ones I'm currently sat in

In terms of results 1979 /80 was a poor season our first win didn't come while late November 5-3 against 9 man Cambridge Utd. And only won 5 more games all season ending in relegation to the old 3rd division for the first time in our history

My grandson informed me the ref pointed to the top of his leg as he waved play on I'm certain it still should have been deemed a back pass and could have cost us 2 points in the end
