Yes I've read it - you can too. The Internet is full of articles on it and none seem to mention anything but Dyche's methods. The above is a good read and may give you a little more insight.

I'm not falling out with anyone or giving an opinion on who's the best keeper I just feel that Tom's organisation of the defence is sometimes overstated for the reasons I gave above.

Re: The Pope...

I'm basing my opinion on how many times I've read in player interviews how particular Dyche is about the positioning of players especially when we haven't got the ball. I can't remember who it was said that he had never worked with a manager who analysed positioning so precisely. In the light of thi...

Re: The Pope...

Do you think defenders only respond to instructions from the keeper? Never heard Tom telling his full backs to go out to a man or stay narrow. I suspect Dyche would have something to say about it if he did. Your idea that keepers can stop crosses comihg in by shouting instructions at the defence see...

A lot to do with Jay. Nick's the ball a few times blocks and covers a lot of ground. Gives the defence more time.

I'd take everything that Dyche and the club say with a pinch of salt. Obviously we are not awash with cash but Dyche does not like to discuss any of the club's business and makes blunt statements to close these sort of topics down and not get asked about them at various press calls. Don't think Westwood's corners particularly have "whip and Pace". It's his knack to get them to drop in the right place and drop relatively vertical in the last part of their flight so defenders need to be under it as it's not going to fly across the box at a convenient height to be defended. It's a...
