Yeah, that coming back to pre season weeks before everybody else has really paid dividends this season hasn't it..we concede so many late goals and look shot in matches...another ridiculous decision Kompany hasn't even been challenged about..

The managers decision to bring the players back in for pre season ridiculously early doesn't seem to have done much good either.
Instead of us out running and out fighting teams due to superior fitness, we look, shattered and toothless.

Think it's pretty obvious by our selection that this pitch is going to be a spinning, dusty bowl from ball one and wood will just be used in 2 or 3 over rapid bursts.
They've also selected the better keeper option which backs this us as keeping to spin is the hardest discipline..

Problem is for a team like us in this league is that when there's a decent gap, it's almost impossible for us to put a winning run together to make it up just by the nature of the teams in the league. It's very unfortunate it's Liverpool up next. Something rather more winnable would have been nice as we come off the back of an excellent, morale boosting performance. If it's been quoted as him being out for "most of the season", seeing as we're in December already would that likely be an ACL, unless a less severe one?
