Re: Who stays who goes ?
We need to rediscover the art of selling players and getting reasonable prices for them-something that's deserted us since the days of Cotterill. We have currently a massive list of either no hopers (Bastian, Obefemi), well past it (Rodriguez, Cork, JBG, ), players that need moving on (Weghorst, Chu...

Re: Who stays who goes ?
Yep. The nonsense that Alan Pace was spouting over the summer about doing everything possible to keep hold of the most beautiful girl in town just seemed like a cringey soundbite at the time, but it was clearly factored in to the summer activities. The camera on the stream I was watching panned to ...

Re: Who stays who goes ?
Interestingly, the thinking on who goes is largely consistent. Big focus is on making it happen and we ship them out, recouping money and saving wages. But we need to ensure our more prized jewels ie Berge, Odobert, Koleosho, Muric, Cullen, Amdouini stay

VK is a vastly different manager to the one that got us promoted. Last year everything he did turned to gold-the players he bought, his coaching, his ability to change the way we played during a game, the research on the opposition, his press conferences. Just don't know whats gone wrong. I knew it ...

Re: Why we are going down
Going down due to a combination of very poor management, poor coaching and not having players of PL standard. I watched it on a stream today, and we were fantastic for about 15 minutes-moving it sweetly and making good runs. Eddie Howe sees whats going on and snubs out Assignon and gets his team to ...

I was never a huge fan of Muric until the last 7 or 8 games since hes been back in the first team..He is a far far better keeper than when we won the championship and I love the speed he can get an attack going. For me I would love him to be our keeper and then we should loan Trafford out to either ...

Lots on here quite rightly saying we need someone to take our chances. I think despite not playing recently Amdouini is the best we have. I said a few months ago , when we were really playing bad that I would not mind losing games,or even being relegated if every player was giving their all. Oh yeah VK just doesn’t like them, nothing to do with Roberts being poor (even Dyche didn’t fancy Roberts) and then getting himself sent off. Nothing to do with Cullens poor form, he took time adjusting to the league and needed taking out for his own good. You can certainly say Muric wasn’t given h...

This might be a clever ploy by Forest ensuring if there are any 50/50 VAR decisions in their next 4 games, then they may get the benefit as the authorities will not want a repeat and further criticism. I think in 7 seasons of the PL, SD played Tarks in midfield several times, and Jeff Hendrick right wing for a run of games, or as a No 10 if short of strikers. Other than that everyone played in their most suitable positions. Maybe thats why we could compete for 7 years in this division

Muric had errors last season. This season, his general keeping is much better and his distribution has made a vital difference. The defence is building a confidence it never had in Trafford.
