The club must be expecting that relegation will result in fewer season ticket sales, therefore increase them across the board to offset the losses of a few thousand less season tickets.
As for the prices for a burnley fc twix next season, you'll probably need a bank loan.

And most of those clubs ended up spending a number of years in League One. Derby are still there. And the way Burnley are set up at the moment the same could easily happen here.

One factor I believe that didn't help us was from the end of last Season was not playing any pre-season friendlies in the summer at home. The first time we played we got thumped by City. The normal bus traffic route into the Bus station is now blocked off opposite the Keirby block. Road blocked off into town centre from the former roundabout. No pubs left open on Church street - Talbot, Sparrow, Coach and Horses, Keirby, all the way up Colne Road.
