Genuine question. Can Italy or indeed any country really do 368 autopsies to establish cause of death in a single night? Logistically that must be pretty hard to do I would have thought, but I may be wrong.

That's a very valid point. IMO the vast majority of people who have the virus won't actually be recorded officially since if they are following advice they will be self-isolating and will never actually be tested. Hence the number of recorded deaths can only be a percentage of those actually tested...
