Re: VAR

I have already decided that, after this coming season. I am not prepared to make the 300 mile return trip to the Turf to see matches decided by people looking at a television screen. I played and refereed at a decent level for over 50 years at senior level and, apart from goal line technology, I do...

If I was labour i would want Sir Keir Starmer to be leader.I reckon with him as leader they would have a good chance of defeating the Tories.

With Corbyn at the helm not a cat in hells chance.

How long will it be before the police and the courts get a grip on these scumbags that besmirch the name of true British football fans and come down on them really hard. We are way way too soft in this country. They should be birched until the cowards cry for mercy. Harsh perhaps, but that is the on...

I dont dislike Andrea Leadsome, think she is principled and did a good job as Leader of the House. I do think the female candidates would do a better job than the males who have put up so far..Although he hasn't put his hat in the ring, YET,I think Philip Hammond would make a good PM.

It will get to the stage where players will have to wear GPS type monitors so that VAR will know to the millimeter the precise position of each player at any point during a game. That will ensure that the human element is removed from any close call of offside, it beomes an electronic factual decision.
