Recap - the point of issue was the argument for a 2nd referendum. Yes, which would give us an accurate and up-to-date poll of where we are as a country on this issue. The vote of 2016 would be irrelevant. That mandate will either be changed or re-enforced by the latest poll, depending on the result.
