Re: Wout Weghorst - a song for WW
To the tune of Tears for Fears' "Shout":
Wout, Wout, he gives it out,
These are the goals that we sing about,
Come on,
We're singing it to you,
So, come on.
(Repeat, as necessary)

Re: The Jam
I was at the King George's gig, too; ticket cost a couple of quid, I think. The Vapors were the support, managed by Bruce Foxton himself, and The Jam were brilliant! It was in between The Modern World and All Mod Cons' albums - so really were the days.

Trippier views on SD
From article on BBC Sport: "Obviously you've got some good managers: Klopp, Guardiola... Sean Dyche! You've got quality managers out there but he's certainly up there for sure. "[Burnley boss] Sean Dyche is a brilliant manager. From the first day he walked in [Trippier played for Burnley from 2011-2...

Managed most of my life without a dog, now I couldn't imagine life without one (or, to be exact, two!)

Re: Nagging barbers.
Clitheroe, in the seventies, there was a barber's known locally as Willy Wurzwick's, I think, and he used to sit in a chair that revolved round the customer's chair, (to give him ease of access and save him standing all of the time, I suppose). However, he had a tv positioned up in the corner of the...

Re: Harry Kane
Laughable decision that only succeeds in Kane's desperation making himself look an absolute clown. Not helped by his 'astute' observation, "If they turn it around, they turn it around. If they take my word, they take my word. It is what it is."

Re: BURNLEY, just a time to breathe it all in .
Some weeks ago on Five Live, a listener texted that the, 'Bubble will burst for Bitcoin, Burnley and Brexit." I was surprised that none of the regular posters on this board picked up on it at the time, but we then had that dip in form that made me think that he may have been right! How wrong I was t...

I always enjoy reading Dave's column but there hasn't been an article for months. Have I missed something? I hope he's alright.
