He’s been a bit brighter lately but the wingers are as culpable for our pathetic goal scoring record as the forwards.
Most of our attacking threat is based on getting crosses in from out wide but the delivery is consistently poor.

It’s not just Brady either.

He’s definitely stubborn. It’s both a positive and a weakness. Thinking back to some of the changes which seemed obvious to everyone but he stuck with it. I’m confident we’ll find a way to turn it around as well but it’s certainly a big problem.
In general we don’t score all that many at this level, I’m not sure what our highest total is.

Just read on Twitter than Derby have the worst record for goals scored in the Premier League era with 20 in the infamous 2007-08 season.

How he didn’t show Brady a red originally is baffling.
How he’s gone back, seen the Shaw challenge and not shown a red is worse.
He’s then ruled out Maguires goal because he knows he’s messed up.

They’ve all played a big part in where we are. Kilby’s goes without saying, Flood was there when we were desperate and took us to levels we could only dream of. Don’t think he played particularly well, nor would I expect him to in a tough game out of position.

What he did do was work incredibly hard and help keep the shape which we all know is massively important to us as a team.
