RIP UpTheClarets

This site has filled many hours of many days for years for me but I finally think its time for me to take a leave of absence. The levels of negativity amaze me, everyone is suddenly a money man and know how worried Pace must be. Telling us Kompany the man who gave me the most enjoyable season in 35 ...

Re: Is Relegation such a bad thing really?

I always find it fascinating how our fans think promotion is a given next season. Nothing is guaranteed, and the odds suggest at some point we’ll go down and stay down. Then we’re in trouble! And if Everton come down with us I would imagine they’ll be one of the top two, so Everton plus maybe a Sou...

Re: Is Relegation such a bad thing really?

I am sure the question was if relegation was a bad thing...not how gutless or **** we are. The same 5 or 6 are infecting this site and seem to have carte blanche to do so because the owner of the site isn't invited to chat with Alan Pace on a weekly basis

Did we actually spend 100 million? Or was this the maximum figure it would be including add ins? Baring in mind how crap we are I imagine quite a lot of add ons are not going to be hit so the spend will be quite a bit less than that. The 100 million is more than likely spread over lets say 3 seasons. Which means its 33 million a season...the question should be is do we believe we can recoup that money each year with one or two on the fringes not deemed good enough and possibly one or two stand out performers being sold. So as I ...

That's it now for Dundee - they've got the maximum number of three players from us that's permitted in Scottish football.
Is this true? Dundee fans seem to think that 2 of the loans dont count as they were registered in our U21 squad which means they dont count towards their 3 loans from one club
