I’ve thought for a while that Newcastle was a likely destination for Sean, certainly relatively to anywhere else - but they’re experience with Allardyce years ago might work against his chances. I’m certainly sure he’d go if offered.

The thought occurred to me earlier in the season that Bielsa was perhaps immune to the self-doubt that appears to engulf Leeds when they get into a position of promise.

Grealish is a gifted player but his decision making wasn’t great tonight. You’d have expected Jay Rod, Gayle and Brunt to all be penalty takers. None of them on the pitch. But you never know.

As I understand it, this report is merely confirming the amount of games Bardsley played hit the target in his contract for an extension. McNeil has a knack of getting a yard and getting a ball in, which in turn makes a Wood look a much better player because he is a bit Payton like at sniffing out chances. Personally I think Wood and a quicker player like a Vydra would do even better feeding off McNeil. Let us not underestimate thoug...
