Re: Coyle's Army
Great season under Coyle probably one of the best I’ve experienced if not the best, culminating with a win at Wembley to secure the Prem dream. Shame he was such a shister otherwise he would have been lorded as one of the Burnley greats. UTC It was a fantastic season with the cup run too. But perso...

Re: Dyche’s Fine Margins
Personally I find it hard to say this season has been fine margins. For the bulk of it we've looked miles away. In terms of expectations, at the start of the season there was a large group who thought we could confidently survive, even the ones who had us as relegation material wouldnt have backed u...

Re: Burnley vs Brentford - MATCH THREAD
That save from Muric. Crowd reacted like it was goal. I'm going easy on fofana, he holds the ball receives, takes it and runs with it incredibly well, but he's so raw and looks a bit bundley at times. I don't think he's been poor but he does squander the odd chance. While Brun Larsen has done nothin...

Amazing that we've waited until the last ten games to try out one of the partnerships who dictated the play from last season in Music and Cullen.
A win today will spark even bigger question marks of the selections over the season.

I've said it before. I can't blame Trafford anymore. It's now Vincent's fault for not replacing him in the side.
I actually feel sorry for Trafford. He must be so devoid of confidence it's unbelievable.

Talking about “what if Dyche had been given £100m” is just stupid talk for Football manager enthusiasts. The wage bill under Dyche was around £90m a year. What is it now? £30m? You can spend more when the wage bill is lower, I thought that would be pretty obvious Is the wage bill 30m though. 👀 I do...

We look absolutely useless.
People are scared to change. They were scared to move away from Dyche. Now there scared to move away from Kompany. Football moves on.
The only certainty right now is this is not good enough and hasn't been all season after significant investment.

Who says we're selling upon relegation? However a turnover of 3 or 4 players every summer is not a bad thing, especially if those 3 or 4 players go for a NET profit. This is why I don't get the booing of McNeil. Him leaving for the fee he did allowed us, in part, to bring in the players which walke...

The club wanted to go down a model of youth (and quite rightly so IMO) and this is what VK & co have done. It will take time to get the experience in the squad/club but it will come. We couldn't sustainably go down the previous model. It didn't work with our budget. We'd have ended up with mediocre...
