Re: Half A Century Of ABBA
Went to Abba Voyage the other week straight after the West Ham match with a group of friends. Not really my thing but surprisingly really enjoyed it. Might have been the point we got and the number of drinks I had had by then starting in the Cow at 12:00. Mind you took the bouncer some persuading to...

If you get there early enough can park on the road near Walton Hall Park for free. Done it a few times and facing right way to get out. There is an upstairs at Taxi club as well with loads of seats. Only found out after 3rd visit!!

Re: Policy on taking babies on Turf Moor
It’s just not right is it? Not at all and per email sign off it's a team of them not just one. I was thinking of complaining but you have to do that through the SLO! My real problem is that when they did respond they showed no empathy or understanding of my position just a cut and paste from the we...

Re: Policy on taking babies on Turf Moor
This remains a serious issue at our club - it's the SLO's job to respond. Tried for over a week to get a response to a query. Finally get a bland response copying ground regulations in with a false promise saying any questions please ask. Needless to say no response to any question I have asked for...

Bought a pie and bottle of Fanta before the game £6:80 …. Bottles given out with tops removed, reason being when asked ( health n safety ) … Had this said before. I bought a bottle of water with plastic top on could drink through. That was left on. Pretty sure that is worse than normal tops as slig...

Planning to be drinking in the Cutting Room Square in Ancoats lots of bars and food options before the 20 min walk to the ground. Noticed the fan bars at the ground are open 3 hours before KO but last time I tried to get in the security guys wanted to see your match ticket. Away end ticket and you ...

The ones in Jimmy Mac lower were off at half time. Have seen it before where it automatically switches off after so long. Noone switches it back on. Probably glad as I agree repeat loops of opposition goal is frustrating.

Cheers for that - I found this site but they charge a fee (it's only £1) but I'd rather the club have the money. Also I wasn't too sure of the validity of the site, especially as they will want my bank details no doubt. I got the link from the official Padiham FC Twitter account. Try the Padiham Pa...

Personally going to more away matches now since my eldest is now old enough to come with me and loves going to the different grounds. Covid has taught me not to take these opportunities for granted and to take them when you can. But I'll add one reason to the mix... The ticketing website is awful. ...

Not being a pedant but isn't it the place where they touched the ball or where he deemed offside. As if going forward and he was offside and chased the ball into the corner then touched it wouldn't the free kick be where he became offside not where he touched it?. Totally agree. It was obvious that a large number of fans at the front left as soon as Arsenal scored. These are the seats that are empty for the games like swansea. I too was shouting but just to tell them to stay 2 mins and clap them off. These weren't people nicking off early to miss the traffic....

The original phrase was translated from the French Le roi est mort, vive le roi!, which was first declared upon the accession to the French throne of Charles VII after the death of his father Charles VI in 1422. In France, the declaration was traditionally made by the duc d'Uzès, a senior peer of Fr...
