Re: A nice touch pre-match
Maupay?? When he moved there - he wasn't there I don't think so not sure of the relevance, however who knows what Maupay is like off the field? Michael Duff on an interview has said that there was (Barton I think) a player who came in and tried a few things that wasn't inline with the dressing room...

Re: A nice touch pre-match
I remember Ben Mee being on a video when he was signed by them and the one thing he said is that he liked about his move and was a deciding factror was the fact that they had a similar rule to Burnley in that they didn't want players who were D*** Heads. They are a community club surrounded by many ...

Re: Recruitment
Last season's team had a winning mentality and momentum, they showed heart and desire at times last season. We haven't seen that at all this season, I think last season's team would have more points now without a doubt because they'd have run through brick walls for VK. He's lost all that respect s...

So we're now bottom of the league with our flops, what has VK got his recruitment data based on? We had a great squad last season, wingers scoring goals, keeper keeping clean sheets, players in the team of the year, all had played for a winning title side yet we swapped them out because VK said the...

ST for JHU plus about £15-20 in the pub each home game. Lift in and home also so probably about £1 in electric. This season has been quite a disgrace in our vicinity. I’ve occupied my current seat for nearly two decades, and during this time, I’ve interacted with several people beyond the four others I attend with. I’ve grown accustomed to the guy who openly shares his opinions with the referee and players. L...

Re: ALK’s Strategy: Are We Witnessing A Failing Experiment?
Sounds good in theory.. See the problem is the short-term in football massively impacts the long term; especially when players have been purchased with cash that the club has borrowed... At the end of the day - a business plan is theoretical based on forecasting so you are correct. From what I have...

Re: ALK’s Strategy: Are We Witnessing A Failing Experiment?
No I don't think we are witnessing a failing experiment. What we are witnessing is the problems of short term impacts against the longer term goal. We have been what - 18 months into VK tenure. We have players like Koleosho, Odebert, Amdouni, Esteve, Bayer, Trafford, O Shea etc who are all very youn...

That question though about stopping players from playing who won't be here next year just makes me realise what simpletons some of our fans are to even think that.

Potter being paid out by Chelsea. We would need to pay VK out too until he got a new job.
Never going to happen.
Personally I don't think we should be thinking about a new manager either but each to their own I guess.

One of a collection of players whose signing to the club has not made much sense. If it was meant to correct clear and obvious errors then it shouldn't be like it is. Need an automated offside system like goal line tech and I think that improves VAR ten fold.
