Indeed. Referee's aren't going to get respect if they send off relative nobodies like Lemina for being the 3rd man, but allow Andy Robertson to have a tantrum whenever he wants.

This system would need more money spent on it than a Dyche style system because ball playing footballers are much more expensive than blockers and harriers. This isn't a criticism of Dyche, just that his style was much more percentage based, direct, get up the pitch rather than controlled and patien...

He's a high profile manager for us, and can attract players we'd not normally be able to attract, but who in the premier league is really going to get sucked in by Vincent Kompany? Bournemouth and Forest level players, maybe, but there are equally great footballing legends at Aston Villa and Everton...

I was hoping it showed a different angle to the red card. Did Piroe actually touch Cullen with the stamp? Cullen didn't react to it, he was already holding his head.
I know intent is still a red card, but I couldn't make out any contact.

Stan did really well for us, but towards the top of the list when you think about Stan is Watford 2-0 and Burnley 2-7 Sheffield Wednesday. We've been the best team in every single game we've played that I've seen (emphasis mine) and if that carries on then we'll be promoted by easter (xmas too unrealistic apparently)

I'm not an expert, but if we win tomorrow, and Everton lose, then I'd put our chances of survival at 98%.
If we get a draw and Everton lose, then it'd be more like 75%.

The average league position of the teams we have to play is 12th. Everton - 9th Leeds - 7th Brentford - 11th. So we have the easiest run in and are the only ones with their fate in their own hands. Everton have to play 4, the others 3 with the same caveat of mootness above.
Chelsea play all of our nearest rivals.
