Thanks for the many responses...at least I know I am not alone with this problem. Have been referred to a specialist at my local private hospital. The doc has put me on nerve damage pain killers, so will see what they do. The dosage is gradually increased over 3 days. Its always worst in the morning...

Sky absolutely hate showing incidents which do not involve the top clubs.The Burnley goal at Goodison Park has rarely been shown on Sky but had it been scored by Man City et al. it would have been shown every hour, every day since 1st. Born in Preston lived in the shadow of Deepdale saw Tom Finney. Moved to Padihm in the 60's started watching Burnley with a mate from Padiam who had always been a fan. Moved to Crawley late 70's went to see Burnley at Palace... Met the London Clarets who were entertaining the great Ralph Coates join...
