With ATF-Cleaner it doesn't need installing you run it from the desktop. Check everything then uncheck COOKIES.

Personally I’d uninstall it and use windows built in AV protection with ccleaner run occasionally to clean up stuff Exactly this. Anything Norton (except motorcycles) is complete rubbish. I had the program & ticket from the Charlton/Burnley cup final. Swapped them along with all my others for my mate's (Paul Savva) sisters Motown collection in about 68.
The cup final set alone fetches over £500 now.

You can't compare eras. Pele played in a kit which had the weight of a small child when wet, a ball which could have been used in a ships cannon and played on cabbage patches. We can though, imagine how he, Bestie, Maradona (cough, spit)
