Mainoo has that calm personality
Anyone else chuckle inwardly when you see Mainoo who plays for ManU?
Ødegaard is one of the players of the season for me. What I wouldn't give if he was a Claret!

Due to one thing and another, I haven't been to a game for ages but was eyeing up the West Ham game as it should be fairly easy to get to from Norwich, but what would be my chances of getting a ticket on the General Sale? Will they have all gone before they get on General Sale?

OPERA is probably the best starting word, but using TABLE and CHOIR for your first two words pretty much guarantees solving it. But it got so easy, I had to have a different starting word for every day. Thanks Quicken - used CHOIR as my first and TABLE as my second and got today's Wordle at my thir...

I'm sure I read it somewhere that tickets were available on the gate today but now can't find it anywhere.
Did I imagine it or can you pay on the gate? Hope so as I have managed to get a pass from the other half!

I saw the clip on BBC news and I am interested to know was it just the lancs league attracting these world class cricketers or were they going to other leagues across England? It's before my time so have no idea I'm not sure Inchy - I'm going to send the link to my dad later and will ring him about...

My other half works for a Swedish company and says it's pretty relaxed. Relaxed dress code etc and a generally collaborative way of working seeking to gain the consensus of everyone involved before making changes. Thanks for that TbK and thanks to the other half. Gives me some idea what to expect n...

Having read past threads on here, I know we Clarets are a well travelled cosmopolitan lot and so I wondered if anyone had ever worked in a Swedish company? I have an interview with a Swedish Bank in London next week and wanted to know what the office culture was like, whether to expect a relaxed atm...

Thoughts and best wished go out to him and his family and I hope he is found well. As others have already said, living with demons must be terrible. I think many of us will have our 'down days', but we do not know the depth of pain involved when those 'down days' are so bad you walk into on-coming t...

You are not the only gay in the village :-) I have completed the survey so hope that helps. My main thoughts would be that although it would be a LGBTQ+ supporters club, it would have to aim to ensure that other supporters just related to us as other BFC supporters. We are no different to them in th...

No. That's just wrong. Tea isn't shite. It's good. It's for winners and clever handsome people. The strength and character of our great nation has been built on the foundations laid by a good cup of tea. We once dominated the planet because of tea. Drinking tea gives you an edge. Blokes sup tea. Te...

The course has recently been taken over by a very local professional golfer who is a big Claret. He, his wife, his son and a great team are pulling out all the stops to make the club a real community club and have refurbished the club house significantly. There is now a bistro and that, along with t...
