I would think Directors would get to watch. As the main financial decision makers for clubs watching the team and making decisions about contracts etc is vital. You don't get the same insight into a game watching on a TV screen.

Bellfields was open yesterday as well, not sure if they are on any other days. Ightenhill Fish Bar has been open all the way through. Ming Wo and Park View chippy Closed now.

Our game is at 1630 today, I got that off the SKYbet website where we are 1/6 to win with the Shrewsbury win and draw are 7/1. We are expected to win to those that don’t understand odds 😀

Most of those places were dumps. That clip is 10 years old. Last year more bars opened in Burnley than closed. There’s a market for well run establishments providing a quality product. If you’re nostalgic about things like this go drinking in The Oxford.

RIP poor man. I was in Towneley yesterday walking the dog when the 11 police cars and vans arrived and went to the wrong stables (they went to the farm) instead of the Stables cafe. The police had been in the park the day before searching with drones.
