Re: Burnley v Leicester - Player Ratings

Bloody hell, we weren't that bad in the first half. Second half was outstanding. We look a far better team with Rodriguez in it, whose clever movement and play really helped us play some football, mercifully. Shout for Hendrick too who, despite being very frustrating on occasion, I thought caused th...

Re: Next labour leader?

This. You only really need to look at how corporation tax receipts have increased over the last 10 years (nearly doubling) whilst the tax rate has reduced, to understand that punitive tax rates do not work. Fair tax rates do, and companies/people are quite willing to pay them. Everyone wants well-f...

This is what the Labour Party/socialists just don’t get. Those that earn more, tend to be the most highly skilled. The highly-skilled can go and work anywhere in the world. And they would. If they can, the “billionaires”, with property all over the world, certainly can. There will always be another...

Tedious OP. Small mercies you didn’t mention Orient.

Stoke finished consistently higher in the league after Pulis left. They went down because of poor recruitment.

Another incident in the game that I thought very strange was Taylor blowing for half time before the corner could be taken. Can't say Ive seen that for a long while. Again think he did because he got the original decision wrong. I just wonder whether he'd have done the same if it had been Everton. ...

The board sanctioned significant transfer fees for Vydra (nowhere near the team), Gibson (nowhere near the team) and substantial wages for Drinkwater (probably won't see play for us again). Maybe they aren't the problem.
